Abstract
This is the first reported case of congenital anorectal teratoma. Total disconnection from the coccyx and mucomembranous covering distinguish this tumor from the more common sacrococcygeal teratoma. Complete surgical excision is important to avoid recurrence or malignant transformation.Entities:
