Abstract
The decline of new HIV infections among subgroups in industrialized countries has created a false sense of security; globally, about 13,000 new infections occur each day. In developing countries, limited health care spending bars all but a privileged few from access to new treatment. In the absence of an effective vaccine and intensified prevention, spread of the virus will continue unabated.Entities:
