Abstract
Thermal injury is known to induce alterations in the immune system. Sixty-four patients of thermal burns have been studied for serum immunoglobulins. Concentrations of IgG, IgA and IgM were decreased immediately after injury and gradually increased up to normal limits on the 30th postburn day.Entities:
