Abstract
Women suffering from endometriosis are treated with long-acting analogues of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). This is a case of hypersensitivity reaction to a goserelin acetate implant that manifested as an anaphylactic reaction. This is the first report of a hypersensitivity reaction to the GnRH analogue, goserelin acetate (Zoladex, Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, Wilmington, DE).Entities:
