Abstract
A 33-year-old man with a history of intravenous drug abuse was seen with fever, septic pulmonary embolization, and Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia. Transthoracic echocardiography was nondiagnostic. Transesophageal echocardiography showed a large, pedunculated, and highly mobile vegetation attached to the eustachian valve.Entities:
