Abstract
We present the case of a 53-year-old patient with fibrocartilagenous dysplasia. The area involved was in the proximal femur and presented a lytic lesion with extensive calcifications which radiologically mimicked chondrosarcoma. The radiopathological pattern of this rare entity is discussed in detail and the literature reviewed.Entities:
