Abstract
We present a case of biopsy-proven cerebral amyloid angiopathy mimicking a unilateral, non-hemorrhagic, infiltrating, intra-axial mass on MRI. The patient was treated with steroids, with clinical improvement and significant resolution of the MRI abnormalities.Entities:
