Abstract
To clarify the differences between the incessant and paroxysmal types of the permanent form of junctional reciprocating tachycardia, we performed electrophysiologic studies in 11 patients with long RP' tachycardia using a slowly conducting accessory pathway as the retrograde conduction, and concluded that the short AH intervals during sinus rhythm and tachycardia are very important factors in the development of incessant tachycardia.Entities:
