Abstract
Percutaneous transvenous mitral commissurotomy by the Inoue technique is usually recommended from right femoral vein approach only. We report an unusual patient in whom the left femoral vein approach was used successfully. We believe that the left femoral vein approach can be reserved as a last resort in certain cases.Entities:
