Abstract
Acute myocardial infarction secondary to aortic dissection may occur due to compression of the coronary arteries by a hematoma or extension of the dissection into the coronary arterial wall. We report a patient with this condition who was successfully treated by Palmaz-Schatz stenting, providing an alternative to thrombolysis or angioplasty.Entities:
