Abstract
A 54 year old woman with achondroplasia presented with symptoms of spinal stenosis. Subsequent studies revealed end-stage renal disease with severe renal osteodystrophy that was characterised by radiographs and new bone biomarkers. We speculate that renal osteodystrophy accentuated spinal stenosis, which is a common feature of achondroplasia in adults.Entities:
