Abstract
Dieulafoy's disease is a rare, but dangerous cause of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. We report here the case of a patient in whom the failure of endoscopic therapy necessitated a surgical approach by combining endoscopy and laparoscopy. The intraoperative endoscopic examination located the site of the lesion precisely, allowing a limited adapted wedge resection to be carried out laparoscopically.Entities:
