Abstract
Significant suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis has been found in patients hospitalized with psoriasis vulgaris and receiving topical fluorinated steroid therapy. Depression of thyroid function and involvement of autoimmune processes is also suggested by the data.Entities:
