Abstract
Protein glycosylation is a common posttranslational modification that produces glycoproteins that are highly complex in terms of both their structure and in their function. Systematic structure-function studies of such glycoproteins require synthetic methods that can produce homogeneous glycoproteins with defined oligosaccharide sidechains.Entities:
