Abstract
A major goal of the study of RNA tertiary structure is an understanding of the rules relating sequence and global conformation. This goal has been furthered during the past year for two important structural elements: yeast tRNAPhe and the self-cleaving hammerhead RNA. In both cases, a combination of solution and crystallographic studies has yielded strongly concordant views of their global conformations.Entities:
