Abstract
Ureteroarterial fistulae are rare. We report 2 cases of this clinical problem. Ureteroarterial fistulae can occur in association with prolonged ureteral stenting, radiation therapy, vascular pathology, and prior pelvic or vascular surgery. Identification of a fistula is often difficult and requires the physician to be highly alert and vigilant. Diagnostic and therapeutic options for a ureteroarterial fistula are discussed.Entities:
