Abstract
Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is a valuable and possibly underused agent in treating mild lupus. Whether this drug should be discontinued in pregnancy is still controversial. We studied the full obstetric histories of 33 women with lupus who had taken HCQ at some point during pregnancy. HCQ was not, apparently, teratogenic and we believe that continuation of this drug is probably safe in lupus pregnancies.Entities:
