Abstract
Contribution of one case of Wünderlich Syndrome secondary to a simple metastasis to the right kidney from a gastric sarcoma operated three years earlier. Pain, palpable mass on the side and decreased haematocrit were the primary symptoms. Diagnosis was confirmed by Computerized Axial Tomography. The therapeutical approach was radical nephrectomy. At 5 years, this female patient remains alive showing no evidence of tumoral disease in the follow-up controls performed.Entities:
