Abstract
Rectal carcinoma is an uncommon malignancy in pregnancy. Described below is the case report of a patient with rectal carcinoma diagnosed in pregnancy. together with a review of the current literature. When rectal carcinoma is diagnosed at greater than 20 weeks' gestation the timing and mode of delivery became the major obstetric management decisions. The approaches to these problems are outlined in this report.Entities:
