Abstract
We describe a case of primary Sjögren's syndrome complicated by hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), possibly the first report of this association. The immunohistochemical findings suggest that immune complexes may have contributed to the endothelial injury and the pathogenesis of HUS in this case.Entities:
