Abstract
A characteristic manifestation of SAPHO syndrome is hyperostosis, which most typically affects the sternoclavicular joints. Two cases of SAPHO syndrome with painful hyperostosis of the femur are reported. This misleading localization can lead to delays in the diagnosis and treatment.Entities:
