Abstract
A 4-cm tumor in the kidney of a 67-year-old male was focally a classical renal cell carcinoma with a papillary architecture and clear cells, but most of the tumor had an unusual pattern composed of paired sheets of cuboidal to flattened cells reminiscent of the loop of Henle.Entities:
