Abstract
To 22 intrauterine fetal skull-injuries known in literature is hereby an additional case, in which the pregnant woman died from haemorrhage from ruptured uterus after a motor traffic accident. The fetus delivered through abdominal section strongly prove the occasionally doubted possibility of intrauterine skull-fractures, which causal mode is still bone of contention. The pregnancy stadium, the cause of accident resulting in maternal injuries as well as the location of the child's skull-fractures are discussed. Such skull-fractures are indeed seldom, but 7 children of the mentioned cases survived.Entities:
