Abstract
This article focuses on chronic renal failure (CRF) and its implications for anaesthesia. Safe anaesthesia for patients with CRF depends on the recognition of the major pathophysiological changes, an understanding of the effects of renal failure on drug kinetics, and avoiding techniques that may permanently jeopardize residual renal function.Entities:
