Abstract
Penile metastases are rare. They occur an average of 2 years after diagnosis of the primary tumour and are frequently associated with disseminated metastases. Treatment is more often palliative than curative, allowing a survival of 2 years. The authors report a case of penile metastasis secondary to a rectal cancer, discovered 29 months after treatment of the primary site. Survival with chemotherapy was 15 months.Entities:
