The problems of surgeons in training.

J S Bagley1.

Abstract

Change itself is distressing and today changes are coming from all directions. There has been a great deal of horse trading over the transitional arrangements but, now this is complete, there are grounds for optimism over the future of surgical training in the UK. I hope we can use the Calman framework to make the changes we all know are long overdue.
