The purpose of your curriculum vitae (see Vol 55(9) 1996, p.546) was to get you shortlisted for the job you want. Now you have to plan how to win that post at interview. Careful preparation is necessary. You need to learn about the post, the hospital(s), revise likely questions and practise your interview technique.
