Abstract
External jugular vein aneurysms are rare and appear as a soft, compressible mass in the neck. Three cases are herein reported. Ultrasonography is the investigation of choice. Surgical excision is indicated, specially in case of giant and thrombosed venous aneurysm.Entities:
