Abstract
Squamous spindle cell carcinoma of the conjunctiva is an infrequent entity that behaves distinctly different from "ordinary' squamous cell carcinoma. This case report reviews the clinical and histopathological features of a lesion, that despite an insidious clinical appearance caused the patient's death 14 months following the initial excision.
