The strip graft as a means of hairline replacement.

H E Pierce.

Abstract

The strip-graft hairline replacement is a surgical procedure requiring meticulous tissue handling and attention to detail. Even then, the unpredictability of successful "takes" causes the cosmetic surgeon some concern. When combined with the original Orentreich autograft technique it can be valuable in the surgical treatment of male pattern baldness.
