Abstract
The authors describe a unique case in which a bullet was lodged in the spinal canal at the C2-3 level. The patient exhibited clinically the syndrome of acute central cervical spinal cord injury. The pathogenesis is discussed with reference to three similar cases in the literature.Entities:
