Median raphe cyst of the perineum presenting as a perianal polyp.

Abstract

Median raphe cysts are uncommon congenital lesions most often found on the penis or scrotum. This report describes an anterior perianal lesion in a 62 yr old male and draws attention to this rarely described location and the unusually late presentation.
