Pedunculated extraluminal leiomyoma of the sigmoid colon.

Abstract

Leiomyoma of the colon is an extremely rare entity. Reports are those of sessile intraluminal lesions that are accessible to colonoscopy. This is a case report of a pedunculated extraluminal leiomyoma of the sigmoid colon which has not been previously reported.
