Abstract
Clinical, histopathologic, and ultrastructural observations in a patient who developed all the characteristics of the Stewart-Treves syndrome 25 years after mastectomy has convinced the authors that the neoplasm arises as a glandular metastasis after an initial phase of sclerosis and that the neoplastic cells are of myoepithelial type.Entities:
