Abstract
A case of destructive vertebral and discal lesions in a patient with chronic, noninfected rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm is reported. The main rheumatic manifestations of abdominal aortic aneurysms are reviewed. Perianeurysmal inflammation may contribute to the development of destructive vertebral and discal lesions.Entities:
