Abstract
The maxillary sinus mucocele is a rare condition and it usually presents clinically as a benign tumor. Sixteen patients were evaluated. A previous history of surgery or injury to maxillary sinus was obtained in 12 cases, the diagnosis being confirmed by computed tomography imaging. Recovery is often complete after Caldwell-Luc operation. The authors discuss some important aspects of diagnosis and treatment.Entities:
