Abstract
The authors report the case of a 37-year-old woman with widespread livedo and transient cerebral ischaemia (Sneddon's syndrome). The patient had also mitral valve disease who required commissurotomy two years ago. The research of anticardiolipin antibodies was negative. The relations between Sneddon's syndrome, antiphospholipid antibodies and valve lesions are discussed.Entities:
