Abstract
Although the technique of subureteric injection has been widely accepted as an alternative to reimplantation in the treatment of vesicoureteric reflux (VUR), the choice of the material to be used is controversial. We report our experience with the endoscopic treatment of VUR by a submucosal injection of silicone. A 24-year-old man who had VUR (Grade II) and renal insufficiency was treated by endoscopic injection of silicone. Cystography after the treatment showed absence of reflux.Entities:
