Abstract
We present a 66-year-old man with a solitary piloleiomyoma on the forehead. The lesion had unusual clinical features; it was a crusted and dome-shaped nodule, which exhibited rapid growth. Histology revealed the typical features of piloleiomyoma. The unusual clinical features may have been due to its unique location, in which the downward growth of the tumor was prevented by the underlying frontal bone.Entities:
