Abstract
Successful 'clipping' of the apparent neck of a posterior communicating artery aneurysm was carried out, but 2 days later the patient had a further haemorrhage and died. Postmortem examination revealed that the aneurysm was that of a rare fusiform 'true' posterior communicating artery aneurysm.Entities:
