Abstract
The case of a young man with depressive illness who developed priapism while being treated with paroxetine is reported for the first time. Other sexual side effects are reported with paroxetine : delayed ejaculation, anorgasmy, erectile dysfunction and decreased libido. Other antidepressants are known to cause priapism : fluoxetine and especially trazodone.Entities:
