Abstract
Plasmodium yoelii infection of mice depressed their capacity to build up humoral immune response to diphteria vaccine and protective immunity against tetanus toxin. This immunodepression was overcome by Freund's complete adjuvant or killed pertussis bacilli (whooping cough vaccine). These results suggest that vaccines should be given in association in malaria endemic area.Entities:
