Abstract
Adrenal cysts are relatively rare and usually discovered only if large and associated with clinical manifestations. Asymptomatic cysts are diagnosed with increasing frequency because of their incidental finding on ultrasonography or computed tomography, but surgical treatment is indicated when the cysts are large, symptomatic or rapidly expanding. A case of adrenal cyst is reported. The clinical, pathologic and therapeutic implications of this disease are briefly discussed.Mesh:
