Abstract
Adociacetylenes A (1), B (2), C (3), and D (4) were isolated as new polyacetylenes from an Okinawan marine sponge of Adocia sp. Their chemical structures have been elucidated on the bases of their chemical and physicochemical properties. Adociacetylenes A (1), C (3), and D (4) exhibited inhibitory activity in the in vitro endothelial cell-neutrophil leukocyte adhesion assay.Entities:
