Abstract
Bronchial schwannomas are rare tumours. We report a case of an endo and exobronchial schwannoma which presented with dyspnoea and left pulmonary atelectasis. This was treated by complete resection of the tumour with a resection and anastomosis of the left bronchial stump flush with the lobar bifurcation. This tumour is most often benign and a conservative approach should be taken each time that this is permissible anatomically.Entities:
