Abstract
A rare injury, a traumatic false aneurysm of ulnar proper digital artery of the left thumb in a softball catcher, is described. Noninvasive ultrasonographic evaluation led to an accurate diagnosis of the aneurysm, which was caused by blunt trauma by a softball.Entities:
