Abstract
Ninety Australian college students, both donors and nondonors, were asked why they felt other people did not give blood. Donors tended to stress fears, possible ill-effects, and the inconvenience of giving blood. Nondonors tended to dismiss most reasons, although more than half of them agreed with Fear of Being Pricked with a Neddle, Never Been Asked to Give, and Inconvenience such as Loss of Time.Entities:
