Abstract
Diagnosis of an ectopic, infrasphincteric ureter can be difficult because the renal moiety drained by the ectopic ureter is often small and functions poorly. We present a 6-year-old girl with urinary incontinence caused by bilateral vaginal ectopic ureters that were not seen on excretory urography or renal sonography and were diagnosed only by contrast-enhanced computerized tomography.Entities:
