Abstract
Patients with Goodpasture syndrome have classically had decreased fertility and associated pregnancy wastage. Renal transplantation can increase the likelihood of successful pregnancy. We describe a patient who carried a pregnancy into the third trimester and had a good neonatal outcome. However, she developed superimposed preeclampsia with subsequent graft rejection.Entities:
