Abstract
A 23-year-old man 6 months after post-orthotopic heart transplant was troubled by fatigue and breathlessness and noted to have a continuous murmur. Coronary angiography revealed five fistulae from the left anterior descending artery draining into the right ventricle. The left-to-right shunt was obliterated by coil embolization and this was associated with improvement in the patient's symptoms and a reduction in the murmur.Entities:
